Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve kept our cancellation process simple.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order anytime before we start processing it (within 24–48 hours of placing it)

  • Orders in the ‘Order Confirmed’ status are eligible for cancellation

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the product and then initiate a return as per our Return Policy

2. Cancellation After Shipping

  • If your order is already shipped, you can request a return after delivery in line with our Return/Exchange Policy

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund (no cancellation fee)

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method (depending on your bank and payment provider)
