We understand that plans can change, so we’ve kept our cancellation process simple.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before we start processing it (within 24–48 hours of placing it)
Orders in the ‘Order Confirmed’ status are eligible for cancellation
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the product and then initiate a return as per our Return Policy
2. Cancellation After Shipping
If your order is already shipped, you can request a return after delivery in line with our Return/Exchange Policy
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund (no cancellation fee)
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method (depending on your bank and payment provider)
